one off and fill it out while you browse, then mail it in or give us a call.

Snowgoose is not a shop. We do online, mail and phone orders only. Satisfaction
is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any item (with the exception of Books
and Special Orders) for any reason, simply return it with your receipt within 10
days of receiving the package and we'll replace it or refund your money - whichever
you prefer. There is no refund on shipping charges, however.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ...are shown at the bottom of the order form which,
for reference, you can click on above. These same charges will appear automatically
on your completed order.
Please note that for orders from outside the USA, the actual cost will be determined
and adjusted at time of shipping. If you would like to know these actual charges
before we ship, please email us at the same time you order (we ship very fast).
Overseas orders will normally be sent by Air Letter Post unless you notify us differently
by email.
Because of banking costs, orders from outside the USA will be handled only by Mastercard
or Visa.
