Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to return any part of your order please call us at (303) 954-9841.
If you return an item, please pack it well so it arrives back to us in a salable condition.
Return your items by the cheapest method possible, and enclose a note explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like taken (refund, replacement, etc).
We will gladly refund the return postage (if sent by the cheapest method) if we made an error on your order. If you ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind about the merchandise, we will happily refund or replace the items as long as we receive the items back in good condition.
